1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Altitude at altitudepoints.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Altitude is a personal finance tool for tracking credit card rewards, welcome bonus deadlines, and award travel goals. The service is provided "as is" and is not a financial advisor, credit counselor, or bank. All data is entered manually by you — we do not connect to bank accounts or access financial institutions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Altitude. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers)

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Altitude is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of points calculations, CPP valuations, or any financial projections. The service is a tracking tool — not financial advice. Always verify important information with your card issuer directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed bonus deadlines, incorrect points calculations, or lost data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate updates by changing the date at the top of this page.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.
